After leaving college in 1987 with a BTEC Higher National Diploma in Graphic Design, I initially worked as a layout artist, soon jumping ship to work for a couple of advertising agencies. In 1989 I went to work for Ladybird Books, around this time I also began using Apple Macs. In 1991 I went to work for a local printers as Studio Manager until 1995 when I returned briefly to publishing. Later that year I switched to freelance design and illustration. I now work for clients in the UK, Europe and the U.S. When I'm not working, I enjoy music, film, TV, surfing the web, online games, virtual worlds ...and a pint down the pub. My illustration work has been influenced by Coop, Dali, Escher, Giger, Rodney Matthews, Ridley Scott, George Romero, Sam Raimi, Tolkien. You can also find me at last.fm, facebook, myspace, youtube, world of warcraft and renderosity. web.site
